One of the more unique and delicious ways to use up your leftovers, the cranberry sauce gets new life with the help of a scallion and some soy sauce. It's tart, salty, savory and makes a mean dipping sauce to homemade dumplings or your take out.
Cranberry Scallion Dipping Sauce (Makes about 1/4 Cup)
- 1 Scallion, Roughly Chopped
- 1/4 Cup leftover Cranberry Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Pinch of Sugar
Combine all ingredients and serve with Thanksgiving Dumplings.
