Gravy. Mayo. Sounds gross, but think about it logistically. You're making your leftover sandwich and don't want to make it au jus, so you've got the gravy on the sandwich, but it's pouring all over your plate, your hands-- it's a mess. That's where gravy mayo comes in: you're going to probably put both on the sandwich anyway, so why not combine them to save napkins?

Gravy Mayo (Makes enough for a generous spread on 1 sandwich)

  • 1 Tablespoon Leftover Gravy
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayo

Combine all ingredients and serve on your Thanksgiving sandwich.
