BBQ Turkey Sliders (Makes 12)

  • 12 Martin's Potato Slider Rolls
  • 2 Cups Shredded Turkey
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 Carrot, Shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

In a medium bowl, mix the turkey and BBQ sauce so the meat is evenly coated.

For the coleslaw, save yourself a lot of headaches and use the shredding blade for your food processor. Cut the cabbage into chunks that will fit into the feeder and go to town. Peel the carrot and do the same.

Once you've got your veggies shredded, place them in a medium mixing bowl and add the wet ingredients, salt and pepper. Stir together and season to taste.

On a toasted slider roll, add the turkey (about 2 TBSP worth) and top with coleslaw.

Korean Turkey Wraps (Makes 12)

First you're going to want to prep the kimchee cucumbers, this takes about 45 minutes start to finish, but they're even better if you make them the day before and let them marinate in the fridge.

In a medium bowl, mix the turkey and Korean sauce.

Tear the lettuce leaves individually from the head, rinse and pat dry.

Using the leaf as a wrapper layer in a couple spoonfuls of rice, then turkey, then top with cucumbers and devour.
