This sparkler smells like a walk through a tree farm on a crisp winter day, using our rosemary syrup to add just the right amount of piney, herbaceous-ness.
The Christmas Tree Farm Makes 1 cocktail
1/2 ounce rosemary syrup 1/2 ounce St. Germain 4 ounces dry sparkling wine
In a chilled champagne flute or coupe glass pour in the ingredients and give them a gentle stir. Serve and trim the tree.
