For our Chinese New Year-themed Super Bowl party, tortilla chips just wouldn't do. In just a few minutes, Fresh wontons get transformed into crispy, delicious chips that are the star of our snacks. Try them as the base to our Dan Dan Nachos or as the dipping vehicles for our Asian Chicken Dip. Wonton Chips Serves 8-10

1/2    lb large wonton wrappers (if they're smaller size, use the whole 12 oz package) sesame oil coarse salt sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Cut the wonton wrappers in half on a diagonal and place in one layer on rimmed baking sheets.

Drizzle evenly with sesame oil and sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven for 4-6 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve.
